INTRODUCTION
This blog is about health, but I’m not an expert. Should I comment? Do I have the right? Yes, as long as I make it clear that I’m no expert and everything I say should be treated with caution. The acid test is, do I appear to speak sense? If I do, take it on board. If I don’t, then ignore me.
If not qualifications, I do have experience. In my youth I underwent eleven operations, including plastic surgery. In adulthood, I’ve been a M.E. sufferer for over twenty years. So in terms of health I do, at times, know what I’m talking about.
